Arizona Preps has covered Arizona's top prospects in the state of Arizona now since 1999, and has been the leader in publishing stories and articles regarding Arizona's top basketball prospects, for boys and girls. Recently, the website decided to pick back up our coverage of girl's high school basketball in the state, and now to complete our basketball coverage in the state, the website now will be offering Team Rankings for the top teams in the state, and Player Rankings for the state's best basketball prospects in each class.
Arizona Preps will begin these new rankings with our Pre-Season Team Rankings for the state's top high school teams, boys and girls, and also Southern Arizona specifically. We will rank the overall top teams in the state before the season, and will continue these rankings throughout the season - updating our high school team rankings based on performance throughout the season, and during the spring and summer.
We will also now focus on our Player Rankings again in each class, for boys and girls basketball prospects in the state. We will first release our Fall Player Rankings, and then will release Spring Player Rankings and Summer Player Rankings throughout the year - updating these player rankings based on individual performances throughout the high school and club seasons.
This year's Arizona Preps Fall Showcase and other scheduled events around the state will help our staff compile and formulate these high school team and player rankings, as top performances by teams and players will impact the rankings released by our staff.
Our tremendous Arizona Preps' staff of writers and scouts looks forward to beginning releasing these new rankings this fall, which will help to make the Arizona Preps website complete in our pursuit of covering the state's best boys and girls basketball talent, and organizing the information and results. While our staff has consistently released our player rankings to college coaches through our NCAA-approved Scouting Service, the Arizona Hoop Review, over the years, we are now excited to bring these rankings to our subscribers of the Arizona Preps' website.
Stay tuned.
